TROUBLESHOOTING & ERROR CODES
Quickly troubleshoot simple issues you might experience with the
OmniFit Trimotion using the following tables.

not attempt to repair the device.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE REASON HOW TO RESOLVE
Treadmill is
not working.
No power.
Plug the power cord into an outlet
and flip the Power switch ON.
Treadmill is in sleep mode.
Press any button to exit sleep
mode.
Magnetic safety key is not
in position.
Place the magnetic safety key in
place on the magnetic port on the
front of the treadmill.
Power surge.
Flip the Power switch to the OFF
position. Then flip the Power
switch ON.
Short circuit or fuse out. Contact customer support.
Remote
control is not
functioning.
Battery is installed
incorrectly in the battery
compartment.
Ensure the battery is inserted
correctly, with the + side of the
battery facing out.
Remote control is too far
away from the infrared
receiver.
Point the remote at the infrared
receiver on the display panel, from
no more than 4 feet away.
Battery is dead.
Remove the old battery and replace
with a new 3V CR1632 battery.
Running belt
is skidding.
Running belt is loose.
Adjust the belt. See

Running belt
is not smooth.
Not enough lubrication.
