12. MAINTENANCE
Throttle Cable Free Play Adjustment
Throttle cable free play is adjusted at the handlebar.
1. Side the bolts off inline cable adjuster, Loosen adjuster locknut.
2. Turn adjuster until 1/16” to 1/8” (2 to 3mm) freeplay is achieved at
thumb lever. NOTE: While adjusting freeplay, it is important you flip
the throttle lever back and forth.
3. Tighten locknut and slide boots over cable adjuster.
WARNING
Operating your ATV with worn tires, improperly inflated tires,
non-standard tires or improperly installed tire will affect vehicle handling
which could cause an accident resulting in serious injury or death.
