6. Press the on/off switch.
7. Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
8. Let the device cool down for 5-10 minutes.
9. Turn the device upside down and empty the water tank.
10. Then rinse the water tank thoroughly 2-3 times with clean water and empty it.
The device is descaled.
Storage
All parts must be completely dry before storage.
- Empty the device (see chapter Emptying the device).
- Disassemble the accessories (see chapter Disassembling accessories).
- Stow the accessories in the accessory compartment; hang the floor brush 12, using
the mounted adapter for floor brush 14, in the corresponding receptacle on the
back of the appliance.
- Unscrew the tank cap 4 from the water tank 5 if you will not be using the device for
a long time.
- Always store the device in a dry, clean and dust-free place.
- Store the device out of reach of children and securely closed.
Transport
- If possible, use the original packaging for transport.
- Secure the steam cleaner to prevent it from slipping when transporting in a vehicle.
