MODE 11 Y06 EOB signal output type
Define output action of the End of Bar signal from PLC during
production.
There are 6 different the End of Bar signal output types, choose
the most appropriate one according to your need
(refer to figure below).
Normal
When lathe chuck is close, calculate and keep sending the End of Bar signal until a
new bar is fed into the lathe.
End of Bar 1
When lathe chuck is close, calculate to check if the End of Bar signal is needed. Then
Keep sending the End of Bar signal when lathe chuck is open until a new bar is fed
into the lathe.
End of Bar 2
When lathe chuck is close, calculate and keep sending the End of Bar signal until
pusher returns to the home position (SQ2).
End of Bar 3
When lathe chuck is close, calculate to check if the End of Bar signal is needed. Keep
sending the End of Bar signal when lathe chuck is open until pusher returns to the
home position (SQ2).
End of Bar 4
When lathe chuck is close, calculate to check if the End of Bar signal is needed. Send
the End of Bar signal for 1.0 second when lathe chuck is open.
End of Bar 5
When lathe chuck is close, calculate to check if the End of Bar signal is needed. Send
the End of Bar signal for 1 second. In addition, send the End of Bar signal for 0.5
second before new bar is fed into the lathe.
