Using Your Phonebook
How much space is still available in my phonebook?
Your phone keeps track of how much memory you have used and how much is still available in your phone-
book.
1. Press Names or DOWN key to access phonebook menu.
2 Press Up or Down to select STATUS. Press OK to view the status. Press OK when nished.
Call a number in your phonebook
While you are viewing your phonebook, you can make a call to the entry you would like to call. You can also
access your phonebook during a call.
Call directly from your phonebook
1. Press Names or DOWN key to access phonebook menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select VIEW. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to scroll to the entry you wish to call or search by letter.
4. To view the details of the entry before calling, go to step 5. If not, go to step 7.
5. Press Options.
6. Press Up or Down to select DETAILS. Press OK. The details of the entry you selected are displayed.
7. Press
Talk (R/FLASH) Key.
NOTE: If there is no entry being stored in the PHONEBOOK, EMPTY will result.
Make a preparatory (pre-dial) call from your phonebook
With pre-dial, you can edit the phone number you wish to call before dialing.
1. Press Names or DOWN key to access phonebook menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select VIEW. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to scroll to the entry you wish to call or search by letter.
4. To view the details of the entry before calling, go to step 5. If not, go to step 7.
5. Press Options.
6. Press Up or Down to select DETAILS. Press OK. The details of the entry you selected are displayed.
7. Press Options.
8. Press Up or Down to scroll to USE NUMBER. Press OK. The phone number appears on the display.
9. Press Clear or Left or Right to edit the phone number or press
Talk (R/FLASH) Key to make the call.
