Using Your Phonebook
Assign a quick dial key
1. Press Names or DOWN key to access phonebook menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select QUICK DIAL. Press OK. The rst quick dial key is displayed.
3. Press Up or Down to scroll to the quick dial key you wish to use.
If no number is assigned to the quick dial key, the display shows EMPTY. To assign a number, press Select,
and then go to step 5.
If there is already a number assigned to the quick dial key, the display shows the name and number of the
entry. To assign a new number, go to step 4.
4. Press Options. Press Up or Down to select CHANGE. Press OK.
5. The display shows a list of entries in your phonebook.
6. Press Up or Down to select the entry you wish.
7. Press Details. The display shows the details of the entry that you selected. Press OK to conrm.
Delete a quick dial key
1. Press Names or DOWN key to access phonebook menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select QUICK DIAL, and then press OK. The rst quick dial key is displayed.
3. Press Up or Down to scroll to the quick dial key you wish to delete.
4. Press Options. Press Up or Down to select DELETE. Press OK.
5. CONFIRM? is displayed. Press OK to conrm.
Delete an entry from your phonebook
1. Press Names or DOWN key to access phonebook menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select VIEW. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to scroll to the entry you wish to delete or search by letter.
4. To view the details of your entries before deleting, go to step 5. If not, go to step 6.
5. Press Options. Press Up or Down to select DETAILS. Press OK. The details of the entry you selected are
displayed.
6. Press Options.
7. Press Up or Down to select DELETE. Press OK. CONFIRM? is displayed. Press OK to conrm.
Delete all entries in your phonebook
1. Press Names or DOWN key to access phonebook menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select DELETE ALL. Press OK. CONFIRM? is displayed. Press OK to conrm.
