Adjust the Contrast
Change the contrast of your LCD.
1. Press Menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select DISPLAY. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to select CONTRAST. Press OK.
4. Press Left/Right to select the proper contrast.
5. Press OK to conrm.
Personalize your sounds
Your handset’s sounds
You can assign different ringing melodies for each handset at different volume levels. To nd out if it is a call
from inside or outside the house, you can assign different ringing melodies for external and internal calls.
Your phone sounds key press tones and conrmation tones.
Key press tones are tones that your phone makes each time you press a key on the phone.
Conrmation tones are tones that your phone makes when an operation is successful or if an operation failed.
Parking tones are sounded when you place your phone on the charging unit.
To set your handset’s ringing melodies and volume:
1. Press Menu.
2. Press Up or
Down to select SOUNDS. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to select RINGTONE. Press OK.
4. Press Left or Right to change the volume level. Press Down.
5. Press Left or Right
to select the external melody. Press Down.
6. Press Left or Right to select the internal melody. Press OK to conrm when nished.
To set your handset’s key press tone
1. Press Menu.
2. Press Up or Down to select SOUNDS. Press
OK.
3. Press Up or Down to select KEY PRESS. Press OK.
4. Press Up or Down to select ON or OFF. Press OK to conrm.
To set your handset’s conrmation/parking tones
1. Press Menu.
2. Press
Up or Down to select SOUNDS. Press OK.
3. Press Up or Down to select TONES. Press OK.
4. Press Up or Down to select ON or OFF. Press OK to conrm.
