Using Multi-handsets
Transfer your call to another handset
During an outside call:
1. Press
INTERCOM KEY OR
Press Options. Press Up or
Down to select INTERCOM. Press OK.
2. Press Up or Down to select the handset you want to transfer. Press OK.
3. Wait for the other handset to answer your call.
4. When the other handset has answered your call, press
End (ON/OFF) Key OR
Press Options
. Press Up or Down to select TRANSFER. Press OK. The outside call is transferred.
Make a -way conference call
Your can connect an outside call and an inside call and talk to both of them at the same time.
During an outside call:
1. Press
INTERCOM KEY OR
Press Options. Press
Up or Down to select INTERCOM. Press OK.
2. Press Up or Down to select the handset you want to call. Press OK.
3. Wait for the other handset to answer your call.
4. When the other handset has picked up the call. Press Options.
5. Press Up
or Down to select CONFERENCE. Press OK. You are now in a conference call.
To exit conference:
1. Press
INTERCOM KEY OR
Press Options. Press Up or Down to select EXIT CONF. Press OK.
