Long range MT4300 - System Setup; System Setup Access; Password and System ID Changes

System Setup
The System Setup Menu is accessed from the Main Menu option 4 and requires a 4-digit
password. The MT4300 ships with a default password of 1234. It is recommended that this password
is changed once the unit is received. ou may do this in the System Setup Menu. There are 7
options in the System Setup Menu. ach option is described below.

Change Password
ere is where you can change your password. nter your new 4-digit password and press
NTR. This will remain the password to get into the System Setup Menu.
Change System ID
This changes the current channel and message format the MT4300 is set to. Initially, this is
preset to Channel 1, unless otherwise requested. To change the channel, from the Chg System
ID Menu, press 1 to choose RF Channel. Next, press 1 to choose MT Channel. Press NTR
to change the channel. Finally, press BAC to save the new channel.
Select Option 7, System Setup
From the Main Menu, press the 7 button which
corresponds with System Setup. ou will be
prompted to enter your 4-digit password, then
press NTR.
