Bucket and bucket cylinders
1. Remove the bucket pins (2) and remove the bucket (1).
2. Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the bucket
cylinders (3).
3. Remove the lower pins (4) and upper pins (5) and
remove and bucket cylinders (3).
(When reassembling)
When installing the bucket cylinders (3), the hydraulic ports
should face inside and be careful of the direction of grease
fitting-upper side.
Boom cylinder and hydraulic hoses
1. Disconnect the hydraulic hoses (7) with quick
couplers (6) at the control valve. After down boom
completely
2. Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the boom
cylinders (3).
3. Remove the boom cylinder pins (5) and remove the
boom cylinders (3).
4. Remove the boom pins (4) and remove the boom (1)
from the side frame (2).
5. Remove the Pipe cover (8) and remove the hydraulic
hoses (7).
(When reassembling)
When installing the boom cylinders (3), the rear
hydraulic ports should face inside.
