the application won’t open.
What do I do?
Make sure that the cords are plugged in prop-
erly and that your board is on the right HDMI
source.You can also try pressing the power
button on your device to make sure it is turned
on. If the problem persists, contact our techni-
cal support team at support@play-lu.com.
When I exit an application,
the application icons are
grayed out.
That’s normal; they take a few seconds to load.
Can I navigate the system
with only the touchscreen?
You can use the touchscreen for most actions,
but to exit an application, you will need the con-
troller (Escape key). Note that it is not possible
to scroll the screen to scroll the screen with
your ngers by sliding them. You have to use
the arrows or the joystick to move.

My remote control keyboard
does not work.
