What to do if there is no image output from my Lumens CaptureVision LC200?

If you're not getting any image output from your Lumens Media Converter, start by checking the power supply and ensuring it's properly connected. Then, inspect all input and output device cables to confirm they are securely attached. If the problem persists, try replacing the cables to rule out any faults. Also, verify that the signal source is correctly connected to the device. Finally, be aware that the LC200 model cannot record video from a video output that includes HDCP format.
