Attention: Danger to life! Never wire or disconnect electrical
connections while they are live! Before working on the device
disconnect the power. Wait until the DC-link voltage at
terminals X1/L+ and L- has fallen to ≤ 60 V before working on
the device.
Note the following points:
• Only all-current sensitive fault current breakers suitable for
CDD3000-HF drive controller operation may be used.
• Switching the mains power: Cyclic power switching is permitted
every 120 seconds; jog mode is not permitted.
− If switching is too frequent, the device protects itself by means
of high-resistance isolation from the system.
− After a rest phase of a few minutes the device is ready to start
once again.
• TN network and TT network: Permitted without restriction.
• IT network: Not permitted!
− In the event of a ground fault the voltage stress is around twice
as high, and creepages and clearances to EN50178 are no
longer maintained.
