15. Output phase inversion switch
(OUTPUT PHASE)
Inverts the phases of the unbalanced output and balanced
output. The phase shall be matched with the phase of the
input device such as a power amplifier.
When the output mode is set to the balanced output (BAL):
NORMAL : ① GROUND
② COLD (–)
③ HOT (+)
INVERT : ① GROUND
② HOT (+)
③ COLD (–)
When the output mode is set to unbalanced output (UNBAL):
NORMAL : Normal phase
INVERT : Reversed phase
16. Tone control for treble (TREBLE)
Controls the frequency characteristics of the high-frequency
range. When this switch is set in the center position, flat
frequency characteristics is obtained. Rotating the knob
clockwise makes the high frequency range enhanced, and
rotating the knob counterclockwise makes the high fre-
quency range attenuated.
17. Tone control for bass (BASS)
Controls the frequency characteristics of the low-frequency
range. When this knob is set to the center position, flat
frequency characteristic is obtained. Rotating the knob
clockwise makes the low frequency range enhanced, and
rotating the knob counterclockwise makes the low frequency
range attenuated.
