1. WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
BOMBARDIER-NORDTRAC («Bombardier») as manufacturer,
warrants FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER
that each replacement parts, kits and accessories sold anywhere
in the world except the United States and Canada, as NEW and
UNUSED and / or installed by an authorized International Distributor
or Dealer («Distributor») will be free from any defect in material
and / or workmanship for a PERIOD of:
NINETY (90) CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
