Start the engine and accelerate slightly so that track barely turns.
This must be done in a short period of time (1 to 2 minutes).
Check that the track is well centered; equal distance on both sides between edges of track
guides and slider shoes.
Stop the engine before adjusting.
Loosen rear wheel screws tighten the adjustment screw on side where the slider shoe is
the farthest from the track insert guides.
Retighten wheel screws to 48 Nm.
Tighten properly the wheel screws.
Restart engine and rotate track slowly to recheck alignment.
Reposition snowmobile on the ground.
Checking the oil level in the gearbox/chaincase
Dismount inspection plug in the bottom part of the case.
The level should then be measured to the edge of the inspection hole.
In models with gearbox there is dipstick for checking the oil level.
