No fuel in tank.

ENGINE LACKS POWER
Faulty carburettor, the fastening leaks, main nozzle clogged, incorrectly adjusted.
Soot in combustion chamber and/or in exhaust system.
Improper ignition timing.

Fuel octane too low.
