  If your MacAllister Chainsaw doesn't start, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the chainsaw is properly connected to a power supply. If it is, the power cord or plug might be defective, in which case a specialist electrician should check it. An electrical defect within the product itself could also be the cause, and again, a specialist electrician is needed. Finally, the overload protection might be activated. If this is the case, switch the product off, allow it to cool down, and then restart it.

  Unsatisfactory cutting performance with your MacAllister Chainsaw can stem from a couple of issues. The saw chain might not be tensioned properly; ensure you tension it correctly. Alternatively, the saw chain could be blunt. If so, sharpen it or replace it, being mindful of the maximum allowed length.
