3.2 CONNECTION MODES
Four modes of communication with the engine control unit (ECU) or with the automatic
gearbox (TCU) of the vehicle have been studied and implemented.
Among these developments are: the programming of ECUs and TCUs in OBD mode
(through the diagnostic socket) and in Bench mode. Both connection modes allow you
to work on the control unit without opening it.
