DEFLECTORASSEMBLY
Install the deflector (item 1) with two hex bolts 3/8’’
n.c. x 1 1/4’’ (item 2) and two nylon insert lock nuts
(item3).

INSTALLATIONONTHEVEHICLE
A2’’(50mm)BALLHITCHISREQUIREDONTHE
TOWVEHICLE.
Backthevehicleuptodesiredtowingposition.
Placetheaccessory’shitch(item1)onthetowhitch
ballofthevehicleandsecureinplacewithandahair
pin.
NOTE:Acorrectadjustmentwillallowthehandleto
bereleasedwithmoderatepressureappliedtothe
handle.
Toopen,pulluponhitchcouplerhandle(item1)and
rotateforward.
Placehitchcoupleronball.
Whenballiscompletelynestedinsocket,rotatehitch
couplerhandlebackwarduntilhandleisinlockedinto
position.
Alwayschecktightnessbeforeusingthetowhitch.
Makesurethethehandleisinlockedposition.
Lockthehandleintopositionovertheballinthehitch
coupler. Tightenthe locknut(item2)against thethe
tensionspringsothatthehitchcoupleristightonthe
ball.
WARNING
TOPREVENTINJURIES:
Alwayscheckthatballiscompletelyinsertedinto
hitchcouplersocketandthatunderjawissecurely
closedaroundthebottomofball.
Alwayscheckthathitchcouplerhandleisproperly
lockedbeforeitsuse.
Always examine hitch coupler and ball for damage
beforeusing,replaceifdamaged.

CABLEHOLDERASSEMBLY
Installthecableholder(item1) onthe towbar(item
A)withtheUboltplate(item2),flatwashers(item3)
andtwo1/2’’n.c.nyloninsertlocknuts(item4.
NOTE: Install the cable holder in about the same
placeasshown.
It will be possible to adjust the location of the cable
holdertoavoidpossibleinterferenceswiththecontrol
cableswhenmovingwiththetowingvehicle.
