OPERATION
DANGER
Tragic accidents can occur if the operator is not
alertedtothepresenceofchildren.
Children are often attracted to the machine and the
mowing activity. Never assume that children will
remainwhereyoulastsawthem.

Before starting to operate: sitonthedriver’sseat
and make sure to always attach on your wrist the
emergencyswitchlanyardthatislinkedtothecontrol
box.
Neveroperatewithoutthislanyardinplace.
OPERATOR’SRESPONSIBILITY
Hazard control and accident prevention are dependent upon the awareness, concern, prudence and proper
training involved in the operation, transport, storage and maintenance of the accessory. Therefore, it is
absolutelyessentialthatnooneoperatestheaccessorywithoutfirsthavingread,fullyunderstoodandbecome
totallyfamiliarwiththeoperator'smanual.

SAFETYINFORMATION
Always make sure to wear the appropriate safety
equipmentrequired(glasses,muffs,mask…).
The operation of any mower can produce foreign objects to be thrown into the eyes, resulting in severe eye
damage.
Always wearcertified safety glasses or wide-vision safety goggles over spectacles before starting any cutting
machineandwhileoperatingsuchamachine.
The operation of any mower produces sound waves that are damaging to the human ear. Ear protection is
recommended.

TOPREVENTINJURIES:
Never place handsorfeetunderthedeckorattempt
to make adjustments to the cutter with ELECTRIC
CLUTCH engaged. The blades rotating at high
speedscannotbeseenandarelocatedclose tothe
deck housing. Body extremities can be cut off
instantly.

TOPREVENTINJURIES:
Do not use the accessory as a fan. The blades are
notdesigned forthisuse.Usingthisaccessoryasa
fancanresultininjuriesordeath.
WARNING
Always disengage electric clutch, engage parking
brake,shutoffvehicle,removeignitionkey,andwait
for all moving parts to come to a complete stop
beforedismountingfromvehicle.

Keep others away whiletheaccessoryisoperating.
Itcandischargeobjectsathighspeeds.Therefor,
the use of front and rear safety guards is strongly
recommended when cutting along highways and in
areas where people may be present. Stop blade
rotationifabystanderiswithinatleast300feet.

Do not operate and/or travel across steep inclines

Consultyourvehicle’smanualforacceptableinclines
the vehicle is capable of traveling across. Never
operateonslopesofmorethan15degreesMAX.

All guards and shields must be installed and in
good working condition at alltimes during cutting
operation.
