STEP 1 – CHECK THE FUSES
PRE CONDITION
• Ignition OFF
TEST PROCEDURE
• Check the condition of fuse F42, F6, F20, F27, F35, F46, F1, F2 & F50
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• Are all the fuses are OK
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
OK NOT OK
• GO TO STEP 2
• Replace the blown fuse
STEP 2 – CHECK THE BATTERY VOLTAGE
PRE CONDITION
• Ignition OFF
• Remove the EMS ECU main relay
• Ignition ON
TEST PROCEDURE
• Check the battery voltage at pin 157 and pin 158 of C 144 (EMS ECU main relay)
