• Battery voltage is 12V
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
OK NOT OK
• Go to step 3
• Check the wiring harness for any open or
short circuit and replace or repair the wiring
harness
STEP 3 – CHECK THE BATTERY VOLTAGE AT EMS ECU
PRE CONDITION
• Ignition OFF
• Remove the EMS ECU connector C 532K
• Ignition ON
TEST PROCEDURE
• Check the battery voltage at pin number 1 of C 532K
• Check the battery voltage at pin number 3 of C 532K
• Check the battery voltage at pin number 5 of C 532K
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
• Is the battery voltage is 12V
ACTION TO BE TAKEN
OK NOT OK
• Go to step 4
• Check the wiring harness for any open or
short circuit and replace or repair the wiring
harness
STEP 4 – CHECK THE EMS ECU MAIN RELAY CONTROL SIDE LINE
PRE CONDITION
• Ignition OFF
• EMS ECU main relay
• Remove the EMS ECU connector C 532K
TEST PROCEDURE
• Check for resistance between pin 161 of C 144 (EMS ECU main relay) and pin number 19
of C 532K
