B14 - Clean and lubricate the turret’s
fifth wheel coupling
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS: LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS).
Lubrication of rolling system:
The fifth wheel coupling has grease nipples
on the outside (Fig.B14/1) to lubricate the
rolling system.
Clean the grease nipples on the fifth wheel
coupling (Fig.B14/1). Make sure that no
detergent penetrates into the rolling sys-
tem or damages the protective seals, then
proceed by lubricating (see lubricant and
grease table) so that a film of fresh grease
appears along the entire edge of the laby-
rinths or protective seals themselves.
Toothing lubrication:
There must always be a film of grease on
the toothing (Fig.B14/2). Lubricate by hand
with a brush (see lubricant
and grease table).

Lubrificazione del sistema di rotolamen-
to:
La ralla esternamente è munita di ingras-
satori (Fig.B14/1) per la lubrificazione del
sistema di rotolamento.
Pulire gli ingrassatori sulla ralla (Fig.B14/1)
facendo attenzione che nessun detergente
penetri nel sistema di rotolamento o dan-
neggi le guarnizioni di protezione, proce-
dere con la lubrificazione (vedere tabella
lubrificanti e grassi) in modo tale che un
film di grasso fresco si veda uscire lungo
l’intera periferia dei labirinti o dalle guarni-
zioni di protezione.
Lubrificazione della dentatura:
Sulla dentatura deve sempre essere presen-
te un film di grasso (Fig.B14/2), lubrificare
manualmente con un pennello
(vedere tabella lubrificanti e grassi).

Podnieść wysięgnik i umieścić klin zabezpiec-
zający na tłoczysku siłownika podnoszenia
(patrz: 1 - INSTRUKCJE I ZASADY DOTYCZĄCE
BEZPIECZEŃSTWA: INSTRUKCJE DOTYCZĄCE
KONSERWACJI WÓZKA PODNOŚNIKOWEGO).
Smarowanie układu tocznego:
Na zewnątrz, obrotnica posiada smarow-
nice (Rys. B14/1) do smarowania układu
tocznego.
Wyczyścić smarownice na obrotnicy (Rys.
B14/1) zwracając uwagę, aby żaden deter-
gent nie przedostał się do układu tocznego
i nie uszkodził uszczelek zabezpieczają-
cych, następnie odpowiednio nasmarować
(patrz tabela środków smarnych i smarów)
w taki sposób, aby było widać powłokę
"świeżego" smaru wypływającego na całym
obrzeżu "labiryntów" lub spod uszczelek
zabezpieczających.
Smarowanie uzębienia:
Na zębach zawsze musi być powłoka smaru
(Rys. B14/2); smarować ręcznie za pomocą
pędzla
(patrz tabela środków smarnych i smarów).
