C6 - Check, clean and lubricate the
outer chains of telescopic boom
These checks are important for the proper
operation of the boom. In case of technical
faults, consult your dealer.
CLEAN AND GREASE
- Set the lift truck on its stabilisers, with the
boom horizontal.
- Fully extend the telescopes.
- Protect the underside of the telescopes.
- Wipe the outer boom chains “1” (fig.C6/1)
with a clean, lint-free cloth, then examine
them closely so as to detect any signs of
wear.
- Vigorously brush the chains to get rid
of any foreign matter, with a hard nylon
brush and clean diesel fuel.
- Rinse the chains by means of a paint brush
impregnated with clean diesel fuel and
dry them with a compressed air jet.
- Lightly lubricate the chains (see: 3 -
MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL),
and perform a number of telescoping
movements to check the behaviour of
the chains.
- Grease the pins of pulleys “2” (C6/1)

Questi controlli sono importanti per il corretto
funzionamento del braccio. In caso di anoma-
lia, consultare il concessionario.
PULIRE E LUBRIFICARE
- Collocare il carrello elevatore sugli stabiliz-
zatori, con il braccio in orizzontale.
- Estendere completamente i bracci tele-
scopici.
- Proteggere la parte superiore dei bracci
telescopici.
- Tergere le catene esterne del braccio
Ingrassare i perni delle pulegge “1” (fig.
C6/1) (Vedere capitolo : LUBRIFICANTI).
con un panno pulito che non lascia pel-
ucchi, poi esaminarle attentamente per
individuare qualsiasi traccia di usura.
- Spazzolare energicamente le catene per
sbarazzarle di qualsiasi corpo estraneo.
Utilizzare una spazzola di nylon duro e
gasolio pulito.
- Sciacquare poi le catene con un pennello
impregnato di gasolio pulito e asciugarle
con un getto d’aria compressa.
- Lubrificare moderatamente le cate-
ne (vedere: 3 - MANUTENZIONE:
LUBRIFICANTI E CARBURANTE), ed effettu-
are alcuni movimenti telescopici per con-
trollare il comportamento delle catene.
- Ingrassare i perni delle pulegge “2” (fig.
C6/1) (Vedere capitolo : LUBRIFICANTI).

C6 - Sprawdzić, wyczyścić i nasmarować
zewnętrzne łańcuchy wysięgnika
Te kontrole mają duże znaczenie dla prawidło-
wego działania wysięgnika. W przypadku
nieprawidłowości, skontaktować się z autory-
zowanym przedstawicielem.
CZYSZCZENIE I SMAROWANIE
- Ustawić wózek na stabilizatorach z wysięg-
nikiem w pozycji poziomej.
- Całkowicie wysunąć wysięgniki teleskopowe.
- Zabezpieczyć górną część wysięgników
teleskopowych.
- Osuszyć łańcuchy zewnętrzne wysięgnika,
nasmarować sworznie kół pasowych “1”
(rys.C6/1) (Patrz rozdział: ŚRODKI SMARNE)
za pomocą czystej szmatki nie pozosta-
wiającej włókien, a następnie uważnie je
skontrolować, sprawdzając, czy nie ma
śladów zużycia.
- Energicznie "wyszczotkować" łańcuchy
w celu usunięcia wszystkich ciał obcych.
Użyć szczotki z twardego nylonu i czyste-
go oleju napędowego.
- Następnie przemyć łańcuchy pędzlem zanur-
zonym w czystym oleju napędowym i wysus-
zyć strumieniem sprężonego powietrza.
- Nasmarować umiarkowanie łańcuc-
hy (patrz: 3 - KONSERWACJA: ŚRODKI
SMARNE I PALIWO) i wykonać kilka
ruchów "teleskopowych" w celu sprawd-
zenia zachowania się łańcuchów.
- Nasmarować sworznie kół pasowych
„2” (rys. C6/1) (Patrz rozdział: ŚRODKI
SMARNE).
