Taking food out using the transport trolley
1.
Open the appliance door and wheel the transport trolley
in front of the combi steamer.
2.
Fix the transport trolley onto the combi steamer.

Push back the knob under the transport trolley handle
to raise up the securing plate on the back of the trans‐
port trolley.
■
Then release the button again to let the baking tray
drop down so that it engages on the mouth of the cook‐
ing chamber.
3.
Apply the brake on all the transport trolley casters.
4.
Pull the mobile shelf rack / plate rack out of the cooking
chamber onto the transport trolley.
WARNING Risk of burns from high temperatures inside
the cooking chamber, on the inside of the appliance door
and on the mobile shelf rack / plate rack.

Wear personal protective equipment.
■
Use the handles to pull the mobile shelf rack / plate rack
out of the cooking chamber.
