Removing the smoker drawer
1.
Fit the handle on the smoker drawer and pull the smoker
drawer down from the smoker heater.
2.
Leave the smoker drawer to cool down completely out‐
side the cooking chamber in a fireproof location sheltered
from the wind.
3.
Empty the ashes of the smoker pucks from the smoker
drawer and clean all the parts in the smoker drawer thor‐
oughly.
