TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does not turn on.
No power. Check that the AC or DC power cord is properly connected and that there is power
to the outlet.
The device has not been turned on. Press the POWER button to turn on the device.
There is no picture, the picture is distorted or the buttons on the device do not work.
Static electricity may have temporarily disrupted the operation of the device. Turn o and
disconnect the device. Then reconnect the device to the power supply and turn it on again.
The antenna may not be connected correctly. Make sure the RF IN antenna/cable connection
is secure.
The current station may have trouble transmitting. Select the station again later or try another
station.
The video freezes or is distorted (e.g. tiles or discoloration). The TV signal may be too weak. It
may be necessary to amplify the signal. Alarger or powered antenna may be required.
The picture looks snowy. Asnowy picture is usually due to aweak signal. Adjust the antenna
or install an antenna amplier.
The image is duplicated or appears fuzzy. Double images are usually caused by signal reec-
tions from tall buildings. Adjust the direction of the antenna or try to raise it.
The image is wavy. Wavy patterns on the screen are usually caused by radio transmitters or
other devices that interfere with reception. Turn o other devices in the area.
The image has diagonal or chevron interference patterns, or parts of the image are missing.
This kind of interference is usually caused by high temperature electrothermal devices. There
may be ahospital with this equipment nearby. Consider nding another location to install
your TV.
„No Signal” is displayed on the screen.
The antenna cable is incorrectly connected, make sure the antenna cable is connected.
The TV format setting is incorrect. Make sure the setting matches your TV type (e.g. NTSC or
PAL).
Theres no sound.
Make sure your audio connection is set up correctly. Refer to the „Connections” section of this
manual for guidance.
Make sure MUTE is not turned on.
The audio track may not be set correctly. Try changing the active audio track by pressing AU-
DIO.
There is no picture on the screen, but Ican hear sound.
Make sure your video connection is set up correctly. Refer to the „Connections” section of this
manual for guidance.
