Do not remove the casing or back cover of the device
under the risk of electric shock. Even when the device
is turned o, dangerously high voltages may be pre-
sent inside the enclosure. There are no user-service-
able parts inside. If damage is found, repairs may only
be made by an authorized service center. The power
cord may only be replaced by a specialist service
workshop.

4. Do not use the device near water, in very dusty places, in places subject to strong vibrations.
5. Clean the device with adry cloth only.
6. Do not cover the ventilation openings of the device. Installation should be carried out in
accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
7. Protect the power cord from kinking or pinching; this applies in particular to the point of
connection to the plug and the vicinity of the exit from the device. As with all electrical
appliances, do not run power cords under carpets or place heavy objects on them.
8. Unplug the device if there is alightning storm or if it will not be used for an extended period
of time. When unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, never pull on the cord. When
the user does not plan to use the speaker for an extended period of time, disconnect the
device.
9. Refer all service activities to qualied service technicians. Service is required if the appliance
has been damaged in any way, for example if: the power cord or plug is damaged; liquid has
entered the device or an object has fallen into the device; the device has been exposed to
rain or moisture; the device is not working properly or has been dropped.

• Do not touch the power cord or plug with wet hands when plugging or unplugging the
power cord.
• Adamaged power cord presents ahigh risk of electric shock or re; never use adamaged
cord.
