1. Loosen the front wheel lock nut
with two 8# Allen wrenches and
take out the shaft and nut.
3. Remove the brake caliper clamping block, place the front wheel inside the
fork, install the front axle so that it passes through the fork and the front wheel in
turn, and fasten the front axle with two 8# Allen wrenches.
Note: 1. After removing the caliper clamping block, please do not pinch the front brake
handle, pinching the front brake handle will cause the brake to clamp and it may be
difficult to put the disc brake disc in.
2. When installing the front wheel, you need to pay attention to the fitment of the disc
brake disc and caliper. After the installation is completed, make sure the front wheel
rotates smoothly and there is no strange noise.
3. When installing the disc brake disc, add anaerobic adhesive to the threaded part
(heat the threaded part when disassembling).
