CHANGES
Problem: Field reports indicate that the animation wheel can warp under special usage patterns. The warping
can potentially cause an animation error that will turn the light off as a safety precaution.
There is no risk of personal injury.
Typical fault signs: The animation wheel moves in and out of focus when it is rotated. An animation and gobo error may
appear.
Solution:
Replace the animation wheel with the new type. Follow the instructions in “Procedure on replacing the
animation wheel” on page 4 on how to remove the multimodule and replace the animation wheel.
Terms: This document only applies to the MAC Encore Performance xtures that were delivered with the rst
type of animation wheel that does not have the positioning notch.
