      If your Martin DJ Equipment fixtures reset correctly but respond erratically or not at all to the controller, first inspect connections and cables, correcting any poor connections and repairing or replacing damaged cables. If the issue persists, insert a DMX termination plug in the data output socket of the last MAC Encore™ Performance on the data link. Also, verify the fixture address and protocol settings. Finally, one of the fixtures may be defective and disturbing data transmission on the link. To check this, unplug the XLR in and out connectors and connect them directly together to bypass one fixture at a time until normal operation is regained. If you identify a defective fixture, have it serviced by a qualified technician.

If the issue persists, it could be due to a blown fuse or an internal fault. In this case, contact Martin® Service or an authorized service partner for assistance. Do not attempt to remove the base or yoke covers, replace the fuse, or carry out any repairs unless you have authorization from Martin® and official Martin® service documentation.
