Air filter element cleaning
500/600cc:
1. Fixed card
2. Cover
3. Screw
4. Filter Element
Always change the air filter at the
intervals outlined in the Periodic
Maintenance Chart beginning on
page 44. Access the air box
800cc:
through the rear cargo box.
1. Remove the air filter fixed screw1
and the cover 2 .
2. Remove the filter element of the air filter 4
from the air box .
3. Wash the filter element in warm soapy
water, then rinse and let dry. If the filter
element is damaged, install a new filter.

water, then rinse and let dry. If the filter
element is damaged, install a new filter.
NOTE:
There is a check the air filter case. If dust
collects in the air filter, clean the air filter
element and air filter case, If have water in
the air filter, exchange the air filter element.
