Testing with electrical load at 2,000 RPM
As more electrical accessories, such as lights, rear demister, heater, car stereos,
etc. were used; the electro-motive force decreases and this will allow more
amperage from the alternator to flow into the battery to compensate for the added
load. This test is to check the alternator’s behavior during loading.
