Failure Codes and Troubleshooting

Intensive Express Eco Prewash
Inadequate water
supply.
Make sure the water inlet tap is fully
open.
Close the water tap, separate the
water inlet hose from the tap and
clean the filter.
Restart your machine, contact
customer care if the error resumes
Continual fill error.
Close the tap and contact customer

The waste water in
the machine cannot
be discharged.
Drain hose is blocked.
