LED8: Resistance Offset. Light: Normal
LED9: MCU A <-> B Communication. (Flash: Working)
LED10: UCB <-> LCB Communication. (Flash: Working)
LED11: 5V (For LCB MCU power)
LED12: 12V (For LCB power)
