Attach the arms to the frame using the hardware shown, but DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN
Belleville washer, item 13, must be assembled with inner (convex) diameter contacting the bearing. The outer
diameter and concave side of Belleville washer contacts the outer washer item 12.
