CLEANING OF EXTERNAL SURFACES
The sheets of the outer casing must be properly cleaned to avoid the accumulaon of dust / dirt, prevenng the onset of corrosion. The painng
ensures resistance to atmospheric agents but it is good pracce to make sure to remove any dirt present, cleaning the surfaces with neutral
detergent and water, especially if the unit is installed in places with an aggressive atmosphere (high level of polluon, salt, etc.).
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
All extraordinary maintenance jobs must be carried out by an authorised assistance centre.
10. DECOMMISSIONING
Once the unit has reached the end of its life cycle and needs to be replaced, the following operaons are recommended:
the refrigerant has to be recovered by trained personnel and sent to proper collecon centres; according to the procedures indicated in
Regulaon No. 517/2014 on uorinated greenhouse gases;
any anfreeze addives in the water circuit must be recovered and disposed of properly;
the compressors’ lubricang oil has to be collected and sent to proper collecon centres;
the electronic components, such as regulators, driver boards and inverters, must be disassembled and sent to proper collecon centres;
The structure and the dierent components, if unusable, must be scrapped and divided according to their nature; there is especially a good
amount of copper and aluminium in the machine.
These operaons allow easy material recovery and the recycling process, thus reducing the environmental impact in accordance with the provi-
sions of Direcve 2012/19 / EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (RAEE).
The user is responsible for the proper disposal of this product, according to naonal regulaons in the country of desnaon of the appliance.
For more informaon, you should contact the Installaon Company or local competent authority.

RESIDUAL RISKS
This paragraph sets forth any residual risks which cannot be eliminated by the manufacturer in the design stage.
Risk due to: 
Handing
There is always the risk of the unit falling or pping over during handling. Follow the instrucons in the “Handling”
secon and take all of the precauons foreseen according to local regulaons.
Installaon
Unsuitable installaon can cause water leaks, gas leaks, electric shocks, re hazards, malfunconing or damage of the
unit. Only qualied technical personnel can perform installaon.
Place the unit in an appropriate area and without the risk of ammable gas leaks. Make the installaon zone inacces-
sible to third pares.
