5. If there were any attempts to repair the equipment including
manipulation in software by unauthorized persons, the equipment
will not be covered by warranty!
6. Warranty shall not cover:
a) regular wear and tear, including wear and tear of batteries,
b) mechanical, thermal, and chemical damage and faults caused
by such factors,
c) problems rising from using the product together with equipment
and accessories not manufactured Maxcom,
d) activities related to configuration and use of equipment
described in the Manual,
e) damage and faults caused by:
- misuse and use in violation of the Manual,
- shirt circuits in power or telephone network, lightning, wrong
power supply,
- exposure to liquid,
- transport.
7. In case of GPS navigation equipment, Maxcom shall not be
liable for any maps, including accuracy of date provided by such
maps. Maxcom is the manufacturer of the equipment only, and
maps are manufactured by companies involved in creating and
manufacturing maps for GPSs. Therefore, any complaints
addressed to the equipment manufacturer about maps will be
dismissed.
8. A decision to replace a product or issue a refund will be made
by the authorized service or a seller after consulting the service.
9. Inaccurate information or illegibility on the warranty card will
make it invalid.
