21 WARRANTY
1. Maxcom S.A. shall provide warranty for any purchased product
since the date of purchase by the first user/purchaser:
a) 24 months for the equipment,
b) 6 months for parts and accessories such as batteries, chargers,
headsets.
2. Defects detected within the warranty coverage will be repaired
with no charge to the customer in 14 business days since the date
of delivering the defected product to the Maxcom authorized
service in Tychy, at ul. Towarowa 23a, Poland. Under
extraordinary circumstances the repair might take up to 21
business days. Shall the repair take longer than 14 business days,
the customer will be notified.
3. Warranty coverage shall be automatically extended by the
number of days the product remains at the Maxcom authorized
service.
4. Warranty repair is subject to providing the service with a
warranty card, proof of purchase and description of the defect.
