LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
CONDITIONS AND/OR REMEDIES UNDER THE LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE
ORIGINAL OWNER'S SOLE REM EDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PR ODUCTS SHALL BE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS LIMI TED WARRANTY. ALL
RIGHTS TO CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR LOST
SALES, LOST PROFITS, PRODUCT LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGES OR SERVICE EXPENSES) ARE
EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE EXPRESS W ARRANTIES MADE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY
NOT BE ALTERED, ENLARGED, OR CHANGED BY ANY DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, OR OTHER
PERSON, WHATSOEVER.
LEGAL REMEDIES
The owner must notify Taylor in writing, by certified or registered letter to the following address, of any
defect or complaint with the Part, stating the defect or complaint and a specific request for repair,
replacement, or other correction of the Part under warranty, mailed at least thirty (30) days before pursuing
any legal rights or remedies.
