If your MDC Caravan heater doesn't start and the red light appears after about 30 seconds, the problem could be due to several reasons: a cowl cover might be in place, there might be air in the gas supply, there could be no gas supply, or the gas pressure could be incorrect. Here’s what you can do: * Remove the cowl cover or clear any obstructions. * Check the gas valves and gas cylinder to ensure they are open and have gas. * To unlock and purge any air, turn off the appliance, wait for 5 minutes, and then switch it back on.
