FILTER SERVICE RECORD
This page is provided to document your lter service history to meet the requirements
of the C.O.S.H.H. legislation. Although the complete lter service kit (MKITSERV) includes
Vacuum Cowellings (MVH) and Paper Filters (MPF50), provision for these are not included in
the service record as they are regarded more consistent with the day to day servicing of the
equipment.
