Function Description

The Medify Air MA-15 is an air purifier designed to improve indoor air quality. It utilizes a True HEPA H13 filtration system to remove airborne particles and a carbon odor filtration system to reduce odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The device is intended for use in closed rooms to maximize its effectiveness.

Usage Features

Maintenance Features

Filter Replacement Procedure:

2. Open the filter grille covers by pushing the lockers on top.
3. Remove the grilles.
4. Pull the tabs to remove the old filter.
5. Install a new genuine Medify replacement filter with the white side facing out (tabs visible).
6. Align the tabs at the bottom of the grille covers and gently push them until they snap back into place.
7. Plug in the power cord and reset the filter indicator.
Pre-Filter Cleaning: Vacuum the pre-filter once a month under normal usage. This involves removing the True HEPA H13 filter and vacuuming its white side with a brush attachment.
General Cleaning:
- Clean the outside of the unit with a dry cloth as needed.
- Clean the grille cover with a damp cloth or brush attachment.
- DO NOT use water, wax, polish, or any chemical solutions on the outside of the unit.
- DO NOT use water, cleaners, or detergents to clean the True HEPA H13 filter.
Long-Time Idling: If not in use for an extended period, unplug the unit and store it in a dry, well-ventilated place.

- Regularly clean the power plug to prevent dust accumulation and accidental fire.
- Unplug the machine if not used for an extended period.
- Use only the correct voltage unit with the corresponding power supply (110V unit with 110V, 220V unit with 220V).
- Insert the plug completely into the power socket.
- Do not use with a damaged plug or loose socket.
- Do not use with solid-state speed control devices.
- Unplug before servicing.
- The appliance has a polarized plug; if it doesn't fit, reverse it. If it still doesn't fit, contact a qualified electrician.
- Keep the machine dry.
- Keep away from volatile or flammable substances.
- Do not use in greasy areas or as ventilating/air evacuating equipment.
- Do not use in high temperature or humid conditions.
- Do not use in rooms with fumigation type pesticides; ensure ventilation after use.
- Ensure proper ventilation if using with an electric heater to prevent carbon monoxide buildup (the air purifier does NOT remove carbon monoxide).
- Do not use solvents (benzene, diluent, etc.) to clean the air purifier.
- Be careful when removing the plug; do not pull wires.
- Remove plastic covering from all filters before use.
- Turn off immediately in case of malfunction, circuit failure, abnormal heating, or other issues.
- Children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced capabilities, can use the appliance with supervision and instruction. Children should not play with or clean the appliance without supervision.
- Do not insert foreign objects into ventilation or exhaust openings.
- Do not block air intakes or exhaust.
- Use only for its intended purpose as described in the manual.
- Do NOT use outdoors.

Lifetime Warranty: Provided if warranty registration is submitted within 30 days of purchase and genuine Medify Air replacement filters are changed at least once every four (4) months or after 2,000 hours of use.
