What to do if the fan of my Medify Air MA-22 is not working?

If the fan of your Medify Air Air Cleaner is not working, ensure the unit is plugged in and turned on. Also, make sure that you place the air cleaner on an even and flat surface. Remove packaging of every filter and ensure 20 in distance between two sides of air intake and that distance to air outlet is not less than 10 cm. Make sure all the filters are placed in order in accordance with instructions. Replace the filter with genuine Medify Air replacement filters for the best performance. Remove packaging and then use.
