4. Safety information
4.1. Operating safety
• Before using the device, inspect the device for damage. A
damaged or defective device or mains adaptor may not be
used.
• Never allow children to use electrical devices unattended.
DANGER!
Risk of choking and suffocation!
Packaging film can be swallowed or used improperly,
creating a risk of choking and suffocation.
Keep packaging material such as plastic film or plas-
tic bags away from children.
Do not let children play with the packaging material.
4.2. Installation location
• The device should only be placed on level, stable surfaces.
• Protect the device against being knocked and vibrations.
The device is not designed for use in rooms with high humidity
levels (e.g. bathrooms). Make sure that you do the following:
• Do not cover the vents so as to ensure adequate ventilation.
The ventilation openings must not be covered by objects like
newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. which obstruct the air
flow.
• Allow at least 10 cm clearance at the sides and top of the de-
vice if it is placed in a rack or a similar enclosed space.
