endoscopes should be ushed using a
programmed time of 60 seconds only.

WARNINGS & CAUTIONS
Failure to verify uid ow through the endoscope may result in an
endoscope which is not properly ushed or cleaned. Always verify all
channel connections and if uid is exiting all endoscope ports including
the distal end.
For 24 hour use only. Do not reprocess and discard daily.
Read all instructions prior to use. Failure to follow these may result in
inadequate ushing of endoscopes. Refer to SCOPE BUDDY Flushing
Aid User Manual for additional instructions.
Install all necessary waterproof caps, plugs and cleaning adapters to
endoscope prior to immersion.
Users operating a MEDIVATORS™ SCOPE BUDDY Flushing Aid and
MEDIVATORS SCOPE BUDDY Disposable Tubing must be trained and
competent in the understanding of endoscope channel systems.

CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS
SCOPE BUDDY™ Adapter for Disposable Tubing - Female
Align the female adapter coupling to the “IN” port on the SCOPE BUDDY
Flushing Aid and push on until it snaps into place. This adapter is reusable
(does not need to be discarded daily) and is sold separately, order number:
SB-110-HU1005.
SCOPE BUDDY Adapter for Disposable Tubing - Male
Align the male adapter coupling to the “OUT” port on the SCOPE BUDDY
Flushing Aid and push on until it snaps into place. This adapter is reusable
(does not need to be discarded daily) and is sold separately, order number:
SB-110-HU1005.
SCOPE BUDDY Disposable Tubing Delivery Tube
Align the male luer on the Delivery Tube with the female Luer on the SCOPE
BUDDY Adapter for Disposable Tubing and screw clockwise until fully
engaged. This tubing is for 24 hour use. Discard daily.
Fluid Intake Line
Align the female luer on the Uptake Tube with the male Luer on the SCOPE
BUDDY Adapter for Disposable Tubing and screw clockwise until fully
engaged. This tubing is for 24 hour use. Discard daily.
