c. Make a center mark ("c"), midway between marks ("a" and "b"). Align the cable end guide
with this center mark when installing cable to the engine.

2. Manually shift the outboard into neutral. The propeller will rotate freely.
3. Position the remote control handle into neutral.

4. Fit the throttle cable through the rubber grommet.
