that airow is as cool as
possible and not
pre-heated by other
appliances such as fryers,
grills and griddles as this
will deteriorate the life and
performance of the oven.
PlacetheovenonaatsurfacethatisLEVEL,STRONGand
STABLE.
Allowaminimumclearanceof2inches(50mm)totherear,topand
each side to allow air to circulate freely.

clearancespeciedabove,itisimportantthatairowisascoolas
possible and not pre-heated by other appliances such as fryers, grills

hot air to escape.

the door to open fully.
