Oven cool down
IMPORTANT: the oven must be cooled down
before the cleaning processes are carried out.
1. In Full Serve mode, select the CLEANING symbol
from the main menu.
2. In Full or Quick Serve mode, select the blue
thermometer symbol to disable heating and start
the cooling cycle.
3. Taking all necessary precautions place a suitable
heaped container of ice, into the hot oven cavity.
Select the OK symbol to continue.
4. The cooling progress is displayed and takes
approximately 30 minutes.
5. The oven is now ready for cleaning. Select OK on
the screen after completing each stage.

Preparing to clean the oven
For the oven to operate at peak eciency, the
cavity, door, air lter and grease lter must be kept
clean.
A daily cleaning routine will ensure that you
comply with the required hygiene standards and
will help to maintain and prolong the eciency of
your oven.
Equipment required (not supplied):
Non-caustic proprietary branded oven cleaner,
heat proof gloves, protective rubber gloves,
non–abrasive nylon scrub pad, cleaning towel and
cloths, eye protection and dust mask (optional).
CAUTION: WEAR PROTECTIVE RUBBER GLOVES
WHEN CLEANING THE OVEN.
NEVER use sharp implements or harsh abrasives
on any part of the oven.
